Cassy Care

Daily, initiated check-ins for new mums — not another parenting FAQ they have to go and find.

Cassy Care is a Telegram companion for the confinement period and the first twelve weeks of motherhood. She is not a doctor, a therapist, or a parenting manual. She is meant to be the kind friend who texts first.

The longer argument — why postpartum loneliness is structural, and why passive apps fail — is in the essay. This page is the product.

What she does

  • Starts the conversation. Daily messages, timed to where you and the baby actually are.
  • Remembers what you said you were worried about.
  • Stays on Telegram. No extra app to open, no group to join.

What she is not

Cassy is not medical care. If you are in crisis, contact a clinician or local emergency service. The essay is not a substitute for that either.

Why it is here, not in Writing

The old site launched Cassy as another Blog card between philosophy essays. Builds is the shelf. The essay stays in Parenting & school.
